The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting all the sites we wanted to see in the city. it was close to the shops on Calle Serano and the Salamanca shopping district.

As young families, we loved the spacious rooms and cozy lobby. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The facilities were great, including a gym for those who like to stay active. The location was superb, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back!

My stay at Hotel Fenix Gran Melia - The Leading Hotels Of The World was good. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by name and escorted to a private check-in with a glass of chilled Moët & Chandon. The Red Level Lounge offered top shelf champagne and a delectable selection of tapas and sweets throughout the day. The location was perfect, with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the art museums within walking distance. The breakfast spread was really good, offering a wide variety of continental and cooked options. The service was perfect, and the bed in my classic room was comfortable. The hotel is located in the vibrant Salamanca shopping district, close to a metro stop and within walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean, although slightly small for a twin room. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy a drink.

The amenities in the room could have been better, as we had to request an iron and ironing board, and the coffee sachets were not refilled daily.

We had an very nice romantic escape at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. The only flaw I experienced was that I had to request fresh face towels from housekeeping instead of them being automatically replaced. this was a minor issue that did not detract from my enjoyable stay at this hotel.
